Pinnacle AI Evaluation Partners invites qualified professionals to apply for our remote Remote Strategic Project Lead, Coding/SWE — AI Infrastructure & Operations (Flexible AI Training Role) opportunity ($300,000 - $500,000/year). You will leverage hands-on experience in Leadership & Team Management, Data Operations, Human Data to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of software engineering and coding fundamentals.
• 2+ years leading technical projects, operations, or complex data workflows.
• Own from initial concept through completion delivery of coding data pipelines, ensuring quality, timelines, and client alignment.
• Drive automation of pipeline workflows, including task generation, validation, QC, and reporting.
• Coordinate across experts, reviewers, MTS, and clients to maintain execution consistency and quality.
• Define task specifications, golden samples, and review rubrics to establish clear quality standards.

Compensation Summary
