You will leverage hands-on experience in behavioral analysis, annotation, scenario-based training development, identifying behavioral cues (tone, gesture, speech patterns) to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• Contribute to ongoing process improvement through subject matter expertise.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in behavioral analysis, annotation, scenario-based training development, identifying behavioral cues (tone, gesture, speech patterns), written and verbal communication, attention to detail.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Analyze text, audio, and video data to identify and categorize behavioral cues such as tone, gesture, and speech patterns.
• Provide detailed annotations and explanations that support AI model development in understanding nuanced human behavior.
