You will leverage hands-on experience in Customer support, Conflict De-escalation, Ticket managemet, Remote work to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• Expertise in conflict de-escalation and crisis management.
• Proficient with ticket management systems and support tools.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and questions across multiple channels.
• Manage and resolve customer support tickets independently with accuracy and efficiency.
• De-escalate conflicts and turn challenging interactions into positive outcomes.

• Compensation Band: $15 - $20/hour
