You will leverage hands-on experience in Data Analytics & Business Intelligence, CRM Administration & Optimization, Sales Operations & Pipeline Management, Forecasting & Data Modeling to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• Translate analysis into clear recommendations and business narratives for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Tackle ad hoc analytical problems across areas such as incentive modeling, lead generation, KPIs, and recruitment funnels.
• 2–4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with a modern CRM platform; HubSpot is preferred.
• Experience building CRM reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Practical background using SQL and/or BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is strongly preferred.

• The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $80,000 –$120,000.
