Pinnacle AI Evaluation Partners invites qualified professionals to apply for our remote Remote Military Writing Specialist — AI Model Training & Evaluation (Flexible AI Training Role) opportunity ($40 - $80/hour). You will leverage hands-on experience in military writing, federal documentation standards, report generation and evaluation, grading rubric development to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure diversity of reporting styles and adherence to branch-specific terminology.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in military writing, federal documentation standards, report generation and evaluation, grading rubric development, written and verbal communication, department of defense procedures.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Create realistic military and federal status reports, summaries, and executive updates based on prompts and supplied artifacts.
• Develop “golden responses” that demonstrate high-quality, standards-aligned reporting for use in AI model training.

Required Technical & Domain Mastery

• Compensation Band: $40 - $80/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 20 open positions

• Former U.S. Department of War (Department of Defense) professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience producing templated and standard reports such as Weekly Activity Reports (WARs), Situation Reports (SITREPs), After-Action Reviews, or similar artifacts.
• Expertise spanning two or more branches of the U.S. military is a plus; a diverse background across roles is highly valued.
