Pinnacle AI Evaluation Partners invites qualified professionals to apply for our remote Remote Member of Technical Staff, Enterprise AI (Full-Time Remote) (Flexible AI Training Role) opportunity ($300,000 - $700,000/year). You will leverage hands-on experience in Research Signal Judgment, ML-Oriented Data Design, Ops-to-Research Translation, Enterprise AI to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• Build lightweight tooling to support evaluation, data curation, and rapid iteration.
• Contribute to internal and external research artifacts, including reports and benchmarks.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• Strong judgment for research signal quality, including data selection and evaluation design.
• Experience designing datasets and evaluation frameworks for ML systems.
• Ability to translate ambiguous operational issues into structured research problems.
• Working knowledge of RL environments and/or agentic system evaluation.

• The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $200,000 –$250,000 USD.
