You will leverage hands-on experience in System Design, Code Review, Debugging, Algorithms to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Assess and benchmark model-generated code for correctness, quality, and design
• Write challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases
• Review model reasoning on architecture, debugging, and system design
• Provide detailed technical feedback to improve model performance
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in System Design, Code Review, Debugging, Algorithms, Data Structures, Software Architecture.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.

Required Technical & Domain Mastery

• Core Competencies: System Design, Code Review, Debugging, Algorithms, Data Structures, Software Architecture
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• At least one year of experience as a software engineer at a top technology company, with at least part of this experience within the past 7 years
• Based in an English-speaking country
• Ability to explain technical decisions clearly in writing
• Compensation Band: $245 - $280/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
