You will leverage hands-on experience in Sourcing, Recruitment pipeline, Remote work self-management, Stakeholder communication to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• Champion the organization’s values and culture throughout every touchpoint of the recruitment process.
• 2-3 years of demonstrated headhunting or recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced startup environments.
• Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates via various platforms and networks.
• Strong recruitment pipeline management skills, with keen attention to candidate quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates through a mix of creative and traditional channels.
• Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from initial outreach to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain a strong and diverse recruitment pipeline aligned with organizational goals.

Required Technical & Domain Mastery

• Compensation Band: $50 - $50/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
