You will leverage hands-on experience in Recruitment marketing, Project Management, Campaing performance monitoring to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• Champion effective communication across teams, ensuring alignment and transparency in all project stages.
• Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition marketing roles.
• Strong project management skills with a history of coordinating multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Demonstrated expertise in campaign performance monitoring and data-driven optimization.
• Own and maintain the supply marketing team’s projects, keeping all initiatives organized, prioritized, and up to date.
• Coordinate marketing projects from inception to execution, aligning stakeholders on deliverables and timelines throughout the process.
• Manage the seamless production and delivery of both organic and paid content across acquisition channels.
