You will leverage hands-on experience in legal reasoning, issue-spotting, document review, personal injury law to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• -Analyze legal scenarios to identify key issues, assess liability, and apply sound legal judgment.
• Review model-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning.
• Deliver actionable, well-organized critiques and corrections to improve model-generated outputs.
• J.D. degree from a U.S. law school.
• Active bar license in at least one U.S. state.

Required Technical & Domain Mastery

• At least 3+ years of practicing law, preferably in personal injury or civil litigation.
• Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, and document review skills.
• Exceptional written English precision and meticulous attention to detail.
• Compensation Band: $100 - $170/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
