You will leverage hands-on experience in solidworks, fusion 360, onshape, inventor to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• Contribute insights on design for manufacture (DFM) and help optimize parts for real-world production scenarios.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in solidworks, fusion 360, onshape, inventor, creo, nx.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Create and interpret professional engineering drawings, ensuring all relevant details are conveyed for manufacturing.
• Translate complex design requirements into clear, manufacturable CAD specifications, with a focus on accuracy and precision.

Required Technical & Domain Mastery

• Compensation Band: $40 - $80/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 10 open positions
• Core Competencies: solidworks, fusion 360, onshape, inventor, creo, nx, freecad, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (gd&t), engineering drawing interpretation, technical documentation
• Extensive industry experience in mechanical design, with parts successfully transitioned from concept through to manufacturing.
• Expert-level proficiency in CAD software, with demonstrated capability across multiple platforms (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Onshape, Inventor, Creo, NX).
• Solid hands-on knowledge of FreeCAD for interpreting or referencing models.
