You will leverage hands-on experience in FHIR Records, History of Present Illness, Past Medical History, Rubric to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• Communicate clearly with the project team about your work and findings.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in FHIR Records, History of Present Illness, Past Medical History, Rubric, Inpatient/Hospitalist experience, Quality Assurance.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Review medical records, including FHIR data and clinical notes for AI Training.
• Check whether clinical information and claims are supported by the medical record.

Required Technical & Domain Mastery

• Compensation Band: $70 - $125/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 30 open positions
• Core Competencies: FHIR Records, History of Present Illness, Past Medical History, Rubric, Inpatient/Hospitalist experience, Quality Assurance
• MD or DO, board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current or recent inpatient/hospitalist experience (within the last 2 years).
• Strong understanding of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows.

Compensation Summary
