Pinnacle AI Evaluation Partners invites qualified professionals to apply for our remote Remote VA Eligibility Specialist — AI Model Training & Evaluation (Flexible AI Training Role) opportunity ($30 - $50/hour). You will leverage hands-on experience in Eligibility, Enrollment, Healthcare to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• 1+ years working on VA health care enrollment, eligibility determination, or care coordination
• Working knowledge of priority groups, income and means testing, and community care
• Review sample VA health care questions and flag any that don’t sound like what real veterans or family members ask.
• Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer on VA health care eligibility, enrollment, and priority groups, including income and means testing.
• Cover care coordination and community care (including the MISSION Act) and access to care in your rubrics.
• Assess and benchmark model-generated answers against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, and outdated guidance.
• Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.

Compensation Summary

• Compensation Rate: $30 - $50/hour (contract specialist remuneration)
