You will leverage hands-on experience in Patient Assessment & Diagnosis, Inpatient Clinical Care, Clinical Decision-Making, Hospital Medicine to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Patient Assessment & Diagnosis, Inpatient Clinical Care, Clinical Decision-Making, Hospital Medicine.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Review and assess medical records, including FHIR data and clinical notes, for use in AI training and development.
• Evaluate clinical information and ensure that all claims and statements are supported by proper documentation.
• Analyze inpatient documentation such as HPI, PMH, assessments, and care plans, identifying any discrepancies or omissions.

Required Technical & Domain Mastery

• Compensation Band: $100 - $115/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 50 open positions

• MD or DO credential, board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current or recent hands-on inpatient or hospitalist clinical experience (within the past 2 years preferred).
• Expertise in patient assessment, diagnosis, and hospital-based clinical care workflows.

Compensation Summary

• Compensation Rate: $100 - $115/hour (contract specialist remuneration)
