You will leverage hands-on experience in Contract Redlining, Contract Negotiation, Fund Formation, Fund Management to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• Minimum of 2 years in the funds department of a corporate law firm.
• Working knowledge of standard M&A agreements, including LPA’s, subscription agreements, and side letters.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to improve model performance and output precision.
