Pinnacle AI Evaluation Partners invites qualified professionals to apply for our remote Remote Internal Medicine Hospitalist — Clinical AI Evaluation (Flexible AI Training Role) opportunity ($80 - $125/hour). You will leverage hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, CDI, Inpatient Medicine, Clinical Documentation to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Quality Assurance, CDI, Inpatient Medicine, Clinical Documentation, Internal Medicine.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Review medical records, including FHIR data and clinical notes, for AI training.
• Check whether clinical information and claims are supported by the medical record.
• Review inpatient adult medicine documentation, including HPI, PMH, medication reconciliation, social history, assessments, and plans.

Required Technical & Domain Mastery

• Compensation Band: $80 - $125/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 50 open positions

• At least 5 years of hospitalist experience.
• MD or DO, board certified in Internal Medicine (or Internal Medicine with a Hospital Medicine focused practice designation).
• Current or recent inpatient hospitalist experience (within the last 2 years).
