Pinnacle AI Evaluation Partners invites qualified professionals to apply for our remote Remote Member of Technical Staff, Robotics Research — AI Infrastructure & Operations (Flexible AI Training Role) opportunity ($500,000 - $1,500,000/year). You will leverage hands-on experience in Robotics Data, Robot Perception, Schema Design, Robotics R&D to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• What You Bring
• 2–5+ years in robotics, computer vision, multimodal learning, embodied AI, or applied ML research.
• Strong understanding of robotics/physical AI and multimodal data.
• Ability to translate research problems into concrete datasets, experiments, and specifications.
• Strong technical communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Degree in Robotics, CS, EE, ML, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Robotics Data, Robot Perception, Schema Design, Robotics R&D.

Required Technical & Domain Mastery

• Working knowledge of data collection and evaluation for manipulation, navigation, spatial reasoning, or world models.

• The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $200,000 –$320,000 USD. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies. our AI research partner provides a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(K) plan with a company match, and additional benefits designed to support a high-performing, remote-first workforce.
