Pinnacle AI Evaluation Partners invites qualified professionals to apply for our remote Remote U.S. Tax Law Counsel & Regulatory Advisor — AI Legal Benchmarking (Flexible AI Training Role) opportunity ($100 - $170/hour). You will leverage hands-on experience in tax law, legal research and analysis, legal document review, issue spotting to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• At least 3+ years of substantive legal practice, preferably in tax law.
• Analyze tax law scenarios to identify key legal issues, assess risks, and apply sound legal judgment.
• Review model-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning.
• Deliver actionable, well-organized critiques and corrections to improve model-generated outputs.
• J.D. degree from a U.S. law school.
• Active, good-standing bar admission in at least one U.S. state or D.C.

Required Technical & Domain Mastery

• Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, and document review skills.
• Exceptional written English precision and meticulous attention to detail.
• Preferred: Experience with federal or state taxation, tax compliance, tax planning, IRS matters, tax disputes, or complex tax transactions. An LL.M. in Taxation is a plus.
• Compensation Band: $100 - $170/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
