You will leverage hands-on experience in Clinical reasoning, Clinical risk assessment, Intervention judgment, Risk formulation to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• Benchmark and cross-reference risk judgments with established guidelines and peer assessments to ensure consistency.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Clinical reasoning, Clinical risk assessment, Intervention judgment, Risk formulation, Ideation/intent differentiation, Escalation judgment.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• 3–5+ years post-qualification experience with direct adolescent clinical contact focused on suicide/self-harm risk.
• Review adolescent case materials and generate structured, written risk assessments for suicide and self-harm presentations.

Required Technical & Domain Mastery

• We typically fill roles within 48 hours and are looking for experts ready to jump in right away. If selected, we expect you to start your first tasks within 24 – 48 hours of completing onboarding.
• Compensation Band: $45 - $95/hour
