Core Project Workflow

• Champion a high degree of ownership in the delivery and evolution of the TO Dept Agent, focusing on edge cases where human judgment is essential.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Workflow automation, Process improvement, LLMs, Fullstack development.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in workflow automation and process improvement, preferably within talent or operational domains.
• Design, architect, and implement a Talent Operations (TO) Department Agent for from initial concept through completion expert operations, leveraging workflow automation and process improvement methodologies.

Required Technical & Domain Mastery

• The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $120,000 –$160,000.
