Pinnacle AI Evaluation Partners invites qualified professionals to apply for our remote Remote Member of Legal Staff, Corporate Counsel — AI Infrastructure & Operations (Flexible AI Training Role) opportunity ($345,000 - $370,000/year). You will leverage hands-on experience in Venture Financings, Corporate Governance, Equity Administration, Transaction Execution to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• Design AI-enabled legal intake and triage workflows, particularly for a highly asynchronous and Slack-driven environment.
• Build self-service tools, templates, playbooks, and automation for recurring legal processes such as NDAs, approvals, and signature requests.
• Identify repetitive legal work and develop systems that make the legal function faster, more accurate, and more scalable.
• Significant experience supporting venture capital financings, M&A, or similar corporate transactions, with strong knowledge of transaction documents, approvals, and closing processes.
• Strong experience with corporate governance, entity management, state filings, cap tables, and equity administration.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to independently drive matters from start to finish.
• Strong drafting, proofreading, project management, and communication skills.

Required Technical & Domain Mastery

• Experience improving or scaling legal processes through technology and automation.

• The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $215,000 –$240,000. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies. our AI research partner provides a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(K) plan with a company match, and additional benefits designed to support a high-performing, remote-first workforce.
