You will leverage hands-on experience in instructional designers, educators to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• Contribute insights to improve AI-driven educational tools and resources, drawing on experience with learning design and evaluation.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in instructional designers, educators.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Evaluate and refine interactive learning materials, including quizzes, formative assessments, and tutoring content for accuracy, pedagogical soundness, and learner engagement.
• Analyze learning interactions to determine effectiveness in building durable understanding rather than rote answer provision.

• Compensation Band: $90 - $130/hour

• Extensive experience as an instructional designer, learning scientist, assessment specialist, or educator within K-12, higher education, or edtech contexts.

• Proficiency in judging academic correctness, learner appropriateness, and the developmental value of educational activities.
