You will leverage hands-on experience in Contract Drafting, Technology Transactions, Contract Negotiation, Contract Redlining to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• Work independently within a remote, deadline-driven project environment.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Contract Drafting, Technology Transactions, Contract Negotiation, Contract Redlining.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and similar documents, in accordance with established playbooks and policies.
• Analyze drafts to identify key issues and determine applicable company positions and acceptable fallback outcomes.

Required Technical & Domain Mastery

• Compensation Band: $90 - $110/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 50 open positions

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in transactional practice at a law firm or as an in-house attorney, focusing on contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Deep familiarity with commonly negotiated commercial provisions, such as limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and data protection.
