Pinnacle AI Evaluation Partners invites qualified professionals to apply for our remote Remote Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Specialist — Enterprise Workflow AI (Flexible AI Training Role) opportunity ($40 - $80/hour). You will leverage hands-on experience in Operations, CRM Ownership, Revenue Tools Beyond the CRM, Operational Judgment and Policy Conflicts to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• Provide feedback on system usability and adoption, contributing real-world insights to refine operational best practices.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Operations, CRM Ownership, Revenue Tools Beyond the CRM, Operational Judgment and Policy Conflicts, Data Accuracy and Reporting.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Configure and optimize CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to align with evolving sales, revenue, and customer success processes.
• Integrate and manage revenue-related platforms beyond the CRM, including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project tracking tools.

Required Technical & Domain Mastery

• Compensation Band: $40 - $80/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 10 open positions

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in sales, revenue, or customer success operations within a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated history of personal responsibility for configuring and maintaining CRM systems; direct platform experience is required.
• Working knowledge of at least two connected tools outside the CRM (e.g., quoting, billing, ticketing, or project tracking solutions).
