Pinnacle AI Evaluation Partners invites qualified professionals to apply for our remote Remote Postal Clerk — AI Model Training & Evaluation (Flexible AI Training Role) opportunity ($30 - $45/hour). You will leverage hands-on experience in Postage, Shipping, Customs to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• 1+ years helping customers in person at a post office counter
• Working knowledge of mail classes, shipping options, postage, tracking, and change of address
• Able to start quickly and commit 15-25 hours/week
• Review sample postal questions and flag any that don’t sound like what real customers ask.
• Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer on mail classes, shipping options, postage, fees, and shipping labels.
• Cover package tracking, missing or damaged mail, change of address and mail forwarding, and international mailing and customs forms in your rubrics.
• Assess and benchmark model-generated answers against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, and outdated guidance.
