Pinnacle AI Evaluation Partners invites qualified professionals to apply for our remote Remote Domain Researcher, Medical — AI Infrastructure & Operations (Flexible AI Training Role) opportunity ($400,000 - $800,000/year). You will leverage hands-on experience in Medical/Health Research, Enterprise AI, Benchmarking, Agentic Medical Workflows to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• Stay current with advancements in medicine, healthcare delivery, biomedical research, and AI.
• Contribute to the development of industry standards for healthcare AI evaluation and reliability.
• Advanced degree in Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Epidemiology, Health Economics, or a related healthcare field (MD, DO, PhD, MPH, PharmD, etc.).
• Deep expertise in clinical practice, healthcare operations, biomedical research, public health, healthcare analytics, or evidence-based medicine.
• Demonstrated experience conducting medical, clinical, or healthcare research.
• Strong understanding of research design, evidence evaluation, and healthcare decision-making processes.
• Design and own evaluation frameworks for AI systems operating in healthcare and medical domains, including benchmarks, scoring methodologies, clinical quality rubrics, and validation protocols.

Required Technical & Domain Mastery

• The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $200,000 –$250,000.
