Pinnacle AI Evaluation Partners invites qualified professionals to apply for our remote Remote Family Medicine Physician (MD) — Clinical AI Evaluation (Flexible AI Training Role) opportunity ($100 - $120/hour). You will leverage hands-on experience in clinical annotation, medical record review, evidence-based medicine, clinical judgment to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Annotate and review clinical content and medical records (office visit notes, assessments and plans, referrals, lab and imaging results, and care coordination documentation), ensuring accuracy, clinical soundness, and completeness.
• Assess and benchmark model-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, safety, and appropriateness across a broad range of patient populations, from pediatrics to geriatrics, and across acute, chronic, and preventive care.
• Apply clinical judgment and knowledge of evidence-based guidelines and standards of care to validate and enrich datasets.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders via written and verbal communication to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in clinical documentation.

• Broad clinical exposure across common acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and multiple patient age groups.
