Pinnacle AI Evaluation Partners invites qualified professionals to apply for our remote Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Benefits Counselor — AI Model Training & Evaluation (Flexible AI Training Role) opportunity ($35 - $50/hour). You will leverage hands-on experience in Medicare, Spanish, Benefits, Outreach to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• 1+ years counseling or assisting the public in that area (benefits counselor, case manager, community health worker, or similar)
• Able to start quickly and commit 10-20 hours/week, with more availability toward the end of the project
• Review sample questions in Spanish and English and flag any that don’t sound like what real people ask.
• Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer in your area of expertise (Medicare, passports, veterans benefits, student loans, or National Parks).
• Assess and benchmark model-generated answers in Spanish against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, mistranslations, and wording that is unclear or unnatural.
• Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.
• Native or professional Spanish and English

Compensation Summary
