Pinnacle AI Evaluation Partners invites qualified professionals to apply for our remote Remote Locum Tenens Hospitalist — Clinical AI Evaluation (Flexible AI Training Role) opportunity ($80 - $125/hour). You will leverage hands-on experience in Hospitalist Experience, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Family Medicine to audit AI-generated solutions, pinpoint reasoning gaps, and construct authoritative reference responses.

Core Project Workflow

• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Hospitalist Experience, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Board Certification.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• At least 5 years of hospitalist experience.
• Review medical records, including FHIR data and clinical notes, for AI training.
• Check whether clinical information and claims are supported by the medical record.

Required Technical & Domain Mastery

• Compensation is output-based; experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications. The time required to complete work may vary depending on the expert’s experience and workflow. Minimum submission requirements apply. Experts must submit a minimum of tasks per week.
• Compensation Band: $80 - $125/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 50 open positions
• Core Competencies: Hospitalist Experience, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Board Certification
• MD or DO, board certified in Internal Medicine (or Internal Medicine with a Hospital Medicine focused practice designation).
• Current or recent inpatient hospitalist experience (within the last 2 years).
